The latest from Kathy Hamilton Welch

Love living on the Cape, volunteering, playing tennis and especially liked learning a new sport (platform tennis) a few years ago...on to golf? Bike and barge trips in Europe the past 5 years are a highlight of the year, second only to visiting with my kids and grandkids and seeing family and friends.

Looking forward to the reunion-

Message from Paul Kelly

Greetings 1962 Classmates!

Just a reminder about the prospects for our Class Gift as we get ready for a great 50th Reunion
:
Per our agreement with Dr Mariano, any gifts to the AWHS Annual Fund by members of the Class of 1962 that are designated as part of our Class Gift (for our 50th Reunion) will count for both accounts!
Here’s more good news: The fiscal year for the Annual Fund runs July 1 to June 30. So, if you gave during tax year 2011, you can give for tax year 2012 after July 1, and it counts again!

Just remember to note in your donation that your gift be counted toward the Annual Fund as part of the Class gift of the Class of 1962.

Also, remember that there are two Annual Fund awards presented each year to the participating classes: Most money donated – AND – largest percentage of class donors.
The Class of 1962 has done very well in the past  in terms of total giving. In this, our 50th reunion year, we should also strive to have the largest percentage of participants. The good news in that regard, is it is participation, not the amount of the donation, that counts! So, We should all be able to show the Class Spirit for which the Class of 1962 is so well known!

We are asking AWHS staff to keep count of the tally, but you can also cc me and/or Maureen Sullivan Driscoll if you want.
Caritas Christe Urget Nos!
Best,
Paul Kelly, AWHS ‘62
